Payment & Refund Policy

You shall have to pay charges & fees to availing our logistics service. You can choose a different payment option to pay your fees for the services. Choose an option from below…

Cash Payment: In this, you have the option to make payment by cash, you can make payment at the time of delivery of your consignment by driver/person which carrying vehicle of your consignment, nominated by HERAFERI. You shall be required to make payment of the price that communicated to you. And we will collect your payment from the driver/person carrying your consignment and we will take further action if you fail to make payment as per the agreed terms.
Online Payment: Online payment services made to us at the time you book our services and in this payment done by Paytm or debit card, credit card, cash card, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, etc.

Refund Policy:
Generally, we do not refund any amounts received from you for any services delivered through HERAFERI platform. But in case of erroneous transactions or other similar exceptional cases, you can write to us at herafereelogistic@gmail.com with all the relevant details, and we shall consider a refund on a case-to-case basis at our sole discretion.
